My thought exactly. really, Customer and Service is almost an oxymoron!

I am sure that with a bit of coaxing they will take of you, stay on top of it.

Her problem was resolved the day she posted, over a month ago, so she doesn't need to stay after them. Craftsy is actually known for having excellent customer service.
