Rip, THANKS SO MUCH to you and Paperprincess for replying back! I love your little bag and I will be ordering the patter for it and thank you for giving us your web site to go to...( I didn't make note of your site because I thought surely I would remember how to get back to it....du-ahhhhh....I'll be 65 soon....what was I thinking!!!).....I'm sure others here on QB will take advantage of your sewing tote tute also....I love it!!! These will make awesome gifts! My granddaughter is only 5 but I hope she will take an interest in sewing...I'm dying to teach her!! I know you gotta be having so much fun with your little beauties...they are too cute! MANY THANKS AGAIN!!!!

I have a pattern that is similar, but just looking at the picture of this, it looks easier to assemble. And Rip, I am with you -- how can anyone patent a method to install zippers or apply binding. That's ridiculous. I'm ordering this pattern as soon as I finish catching up on posts of QB.

I'm thinking of putting another video up that shows the second bag I made and all of the computer cords & electronic stuff it can hold.
Do you think that's overkill?

I think any sewer/quilter who sees this bag will want to make one. As someone else said, it's ingenious! Certainly would make it easier to find the tools of the trade and you can pick it up and just go to your group meeting or whatever. Nice!
