that's a pretty nifty quilt design, allright. :P
if you have the Block Base software, you can find it by searching on "swallow".

The lady who wanted help find the instructions finally found the maker of the quilt. The following is (hopefully) a link to the website.

There are instructions -- brief ones, with a diagram -- for the Carrie Hall version of Chimney Swallows here:

You have to scroll way down to the bottom of the page to get to it.
When you use the site, go to the Quilters' Index, and if there's a link to a tutorial or to a diagram, there'll be a box around it. There'll also be a "Make It!" icon along with the block description.
Here's the link to the Chimney Swallows block. It's the last block on the page.
