Momwood

I am searching for a quilt pattern that was in an old QuiltMaker magazine. It is called Wheel to Wheel from QM's All-Time Favorites, Fall 2003, depicts Andy's infatuation with race cars. I have contacted the company and that magazine is out of print. Does anyone out there have it by some chance????
