Help - How do I Make it Hang Flat?

I tried the blocking idea and it really helped. Still not totally flat, but much better. For myself, I'll try the dowel thing, but hope to exhibit it at a local museum quilt show this summer, and hope it will hang flat. Thanks again for ideas!
