Default Help, I cant find pattern

On one of the post earlier this week, a lady wanted to know if she should add more quilting to a quilt she was making. I loved the pattern and have not been able to find it. It was an applique, she had handquilted a wreath? in the middle of the plain square and was asking for comments. Someone suggested she do a shadow quilting around the leaves. She had used circles as the flowers, Out of the large circle in the middle of the square, long stems/vines with leaves ran out of it, They were to be appliqued and one of the vines ended in numerous circles as a bunch of flowers. Im sorry, but this is all I remember. Can someone direct me to a similar pattern or the pattern. Im afraid Im not very good at designing my own. I can take a pattern and adjust it or add or subtract from it but to take something out of my head and put it on paper. I wouldnt even know where to start. This pattern has gotten in my head and I cant get it out!

Was the thread in the Pictures section? In the Pictures section, scroll down to the bottom of the page and on the left hand side you will see a heading entitled 'Thread Display Options.' Click on the box so you can see the threads posted for the last 10 days. In the next column to the right, click on 'thread title' is the way you want to sort the results. Maybe seeing the thread title will ring a bell with you and also, the comp shows all the threads you previously clicked on to view, so it shouldn't be too hard to find. Keep scrolling through descending order til you reach all the threads. Go over each one slowly and you'll find it. Hope this helps some. GL.
