Then think how you are going to use it. If you are going to use it for your charity work you may find she'll donate it.
I've gotten a lot given to me that goes to my quilting groups for their different charity projects.
If you want it for yourself. Make an offer. Again, she may be glad it is going to be used and just give it to you.

Thanks for all your help!! My daughter said to offer $30.00 for it all and go from there. She said since the fabric has been setting it may have an odar. The same for the yarn too!
