OK, I'll work on all of these, except one. I'm not sure I can find the seam rippers, but I bet if you sit or step on one, you'll find it for sure!

A quilting friend says she has to name every quilt she makes and it is fun BUT doesn't this cause confusion with the names of patterns or blocks? This is especially of concern with quilts that will become heirlooms and are labeled with the "name" given rather than the block.

Even though I've learned a lot by teaching myself to quilt, should I still take a beginners class and learn from a teacher?
I've been asked this before and my answer is "YES" because I've never taken a class that I didn't pick up at least one piece of information or way of doing something that I didn't know before.
