    I have this kit and lost my directions to put it togather. Does anyone us have the kit. I need to know what size to cut my log cabin strips. Any help would be appricated.

    No, sorry I reread your posting & it mentions strips for the log cabin, hopefully someone has it for you.

    do you know what size the finished block is supposed to be? That would help. The ones I have worked on are 2" with 1/4" seam allowance. makes a 7 1/2" block
    updated to change size

    You can make a log cabin with almost any size strips, so you need to give more information - how big the quilt is supposed to be, what size each block is, how many blocks - that kind of thing. Do you have a picture of the quilt? With that and the overall dimensions you can count the blocks, figure out the block size, then count the logs in each and fgure out the strip size.
