I love connecting threads, and especially their catalog that you get for free every month once you have ordered from them.

It's not one store, but a service comprising over 200 stores in a network. If you are looking for one particular thing, type it into the search box and then you will see all the stores that carry it. You can comparison shop for the best price. I've used this site since 2005 to purchase many things. I will say that all the stores in the network have easy ordering and fast shipping.
Thanks for this information. I found a print I've been looking for for months. froggyintexas

wonderful, fast service from: The Thrifty Needle, The Quilted Castle, Shabby fabrics. Not necessarily cheap, but the service was great and the fabric was of good quality. I've decided to stop buying the "cheap" stuff, and save up for the good stuff. such a difference. They also run sales online. Just google quilt fabric stores.

Connecting is great, good fabrics at good prices, even batiks now. And right now, all their books, & they carry ALOT, are 40% off, so check them out! There is a nice quilting forum there too, look under freebies, then click on Quilt with us...

Go to www.fabshophop.com There is a list of lots and lots of shops from which to choose. Eventually, you will find your favorites.

I have ordered from Connecting Threads many times. Their batiks are beautiful, feel wonderful and the prices are great but seem a little thin. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just me? I love the kits that they put together and the sales that they have. I went on Thousands of Bolts and picked several pieces to order, prices were good, but the shipping was too high. I did not order.
