Help me decide - How to attach binding

I use the wonder clips now but used to use straight pins. I also use the blind stitch--probably just because that was how I was taught. It goes pretty fast sitting in front of the TV in the evenings. Never got good with a thimble though, so just put a bandaid or a little duck tape on my middle finger if it gets sore.
