OHSue

I am looking for a tute on making a small collapsible bucket sort of container for scraps. It used a small emboridery hoop as the top to hold it open and then the bottom had a piece of cardboard and some batting. You twisted it and it collapsed, kind of like those mesh baskets that you see.
I know I saw this somewhere, but didn't save it because I didn't quite understand how it was made. But today I saw someone with one and now I want to make one.
