Dear Ladies, thank you very much to all of you for sharing your knowledge & encouraging me. For this project, it will be too much work to take out & redo the binding. I also do not have much time left, my nephew should go back to Melbourne to work by this weekend. I'll take your advices to hand tie instead of machine quilting, so the stitches can be manually ajusted to the backing. What I need to do is to tie the fabrics with some straightline stitches so that the blocks do not fall apart in the washing machine.
@Lisa: I'll treasure your tips. Next quilting,I'll spread & tape the backing then the batting, then the quilt on the floor. The largest table top in my house is a dining table for 6, it won't fit for quilting.

I won't give up & will do quilting again, it is very challenging. Thanks again to all of you. :D
