maybe try changing your browser? Like if you are using internet explorer, maybe try mozilla firefox? I don't know if that matters...my son is an IT guy, and he has had me try mozilla, and it seemed to work for me...I just thought maybe changing that may help?...obviously my son didn't get his computer smarts from me!!! lol...

Try the ALT button? that usually makes a hidden menu at the top appear.

Otherwise CTRL P should launch your printer manager.

Holding down the Control key and pressing P should print the page.

If you do not "see" the words File,Edit, etc at the top of your page and you want to add it, you should right clicksomewhere in the top menu area. You should get a pop up box (like the one in my screen shop) - just slide the mouse into that box and click on "Menu Bar" - that is where the File Edit etc are. That bar should now be visible and then you can choose file/print.

    What you should see

Try highlighting the whole page and then right click and click print. or you could push ctrl and p at the same time and it will bring up the print box.

Do you have Windows 7? If so, on the right hand top of the page, is there a house, star and gear looking thing? Click on the gear and print will come up. I hope this helps.

When all else fails I usually reboot, and hope whatever I am missing or whatever I did will fix it. And it usually does.

I've had that problem at Quilters Cache too, or I could only print one page of the instructions. I know in past years I have printed out all of the pages, not sure what has changed on my PC. May in Jersey

Can you send the link to the pattern you want? That way one of us can possibly send it to your other e-mail.
