    I like the idea of a white with polka dot or plain white sashing, accent the colors all ready in the blocks. Looks like a sweet fun quilt.

    I think the blue will look nice, it would be subtle and not compete with the other colors in the focus block.

    I'd take the blocks to the fabric store and try them with different colors. I think the darker pink would look pretty.

    I would go with the dark pink or red, for darker colour will frame your butterflies.

    I wouldn't use sashing. I'd love to see the diagonal lines you would get if you put the blocks directly together. It would be beautiful.
