    It's amazing how the addition of an extra black stipe totally changes the look of this quilt Thanks for sharing, it would be a great one to use up all those really light coloured scraps.

    I'm looking at the directions, but thinking, "Why can't you sew the 4 triangles together for a block and then use the black strip for a QAYG on point (diagonally) and then just bind in black"?

    Love the quilt and I'm not a Modern person either.

    This is a very pretty modern quilt. Generally I don't like them. Some are not so pretty but this is very nice.

    On second thought the directions on blog are really simpler.......what a clever block.....see how this modern trend is getting likeable.
