Hi...I am looking at making a quilt out of Moda Lily and Will fabric....and would love to find a US online store stocking the whole or atleast most of the range.
I have found it in the Fat Quater but they will only cut in 0.5 yard...and ideally I would like 0.25 yards of it
Hayloft only have a few and fabric depot don't show any...thanks

I have no idea how big the line is
but this shop has 12 pieces. Minimum is 1/2 yard BUT it's on sale at $6.79/yard.

You don't mention what colorway you want, or if it's the first or second collection, or if you want it all.
If you search on "Lily and Will fat quarters" here, http://quiltshops.com/ there are quite a few results.
Exclude the FQ from the search and you'll see how many shops offer it. Many, like the one below allow 1/4 yard cuts.
Of course, if you do find ONE shop that has everything you want, it can't hurt to send an email asking if they'd allow you to order a quarter yard.
This shop allows qtr yard cuts but might be Lily&Will II. They also have some FQ bundles:
