Gramdma Spot remover Spray. get it at Hancock's or maybe Joanne. Worked for me.

Use peroxide with caution, it might yellow your fabric. Otherwise, try hairspray.

Yes, rubbing alcohol. That is what is in hairspray(plus lacquer) and hand sanitizers.
