    I did the same thing with the blue painter's tape....used it to mark some areas of a wall hanging and the forgot about it for over a year. Easy to remove, but left a sticky substance in two small areas - probably about an inch each. I decided to just applique over the area. Guess that would not work on a large area tho....

    Buy Carbona made for getting glue out. I've bought it at the grocery store and at Wal Mart. It is great stuff. froggyintexas

    There is a product called UnDo that will remove the tape residue and is not toxic. Photograph restorers use it to remove photos stuck to glass frames with no harm to the photo. I found it at Hobby Lobby and Walmart. Goo Gone works and if you have it Spray and Wash will work too.
