    ===you have pressed and prob re-adhered the stabilizer (which should have resealed the bubbles you mentioned. I've had those bubbles too! next time consider using 'tear-away' stabilizer and remove it before setting your blocks together. I'm so glad it is looking good now, and maybe the next washing will not affect it in that way.

    One thing that has not been mentioned/asked here ... is this hand embroidery? or machine?

    Could be different issues ... and different fixes ... accordingly.
