Default HELP! Quilter seeking fabric to finish quilt

Minimum 10” square of fabric needed to complete Grandson’s quilt.

Fabric manufacturer is Exclusively Quilters, Gypsi, Pattern 60034, style #3942, Gray, with dark Gray vines.

Fabric shown below and block that the vine fabric is needed to replace the solid fabric currently used.

Thank you in advance for any leads on finding this fabric!

Can't help with the fabric. There's a pen that might help with the dots: Posca. It's in different colors and sizes or nib.

    Or...
Redo the background with this fabric (without the dot) on this square and have it be a center or corner or a featured square.

There is a website called missingfabric.com where you can put a picture of fabric you are looking for and people will contact you if they have it.
