I think it's working as well. That is the problem with these scrap quilts...we don't know what to do with the "mediums"!

That quilt is really fine as it is. I am making this same quilt and that is part of the uniqueness of scrap quilts. A medium can either be light or dark, depending on the other values. Bonnie Hunter knows this, too. Look at some of her quilts. This little change in value is what surprises us and keeps us looking at the quilt!

I Love it, and that green border with the narrow gold strip really is great!

Those mediums/prints just make it all the more interesting. Wouldn't change a thing; it's beautiful as is your sewing.

Its a beauty. You do have lights, mediums and darks.

I like it the way it is! I just finished up three of the Strip Twist. Yes , you can change it, by changing out some of your colors and mixing it what you have already made. When I had the first two rows of mine it was reading a lot of yellow, I just kept adding more colors,I tried for two of each color of the rainbow and black , brown & white. Here is how mine turned out http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-137196-1.htm Please keep us posted and remember, you can totally change the look and color also by switching you blocks around.
