Can you google it? I imagine you can find a source someplace.

Quilt panels come and go with their popularity. I would Google a description such as "horse and wolf fabric pane"l and hopefully Google will have a section of pictures. Click on that and see if you can find something of what you are looking for. If you are a member of Pinterest, I would do the same search there. Good Luck.

Go to http://www.fabric.com and put into the search box "horse panel" and "wolf panel". You should get a selection. This would work for other online stores also. Or did you mean you want a panel that has both a horse and a wolf in it??? If it's more extreme like that, you can Google "horse wolf panel", click on "images", and see what comes up that way.

Edit: If you find something on fabric.com that you like but it's "not currently available", check eBay and Etsy. You can often find out-of-print fabric that way if you have the manufacturer's name, fabric line, fabric name, etc.

Here are just a couple of options I found by Googling:

I was searching for fabric with quail for a memory quilt. Someone suggested 'Beverly.com'. I may have the address incorrect, but her site has beautiful theme fabrics. Maybe someone will correct my site address. Good luck!
P.S. I believe I have seen fleece at Joann's with the horse and wolf designs.

I suggest fabric.com too. I've gotten things there I couldn't find anywhere else. You might also just google horse fabric panel and see what comes up. I was looking for hunting type fabric earlier this year and got some at fabric.com and there was a bear on one of the fabrics that also came in a panel.

I'm pretty sure that Hobby Lobby has a horse panel but not sure about a wolf panel.

http://www.bugfabric.com is also a good place to look. Here is a link to the Beverly's that nanacc mentioned: http://www.beverlys.com/
