Default Help: Table runner design patriotic cowboy boots

I need to make a table runner for an auction basket for special needs kids. Any design ideas? It doesn’t need to be too complicated. I doubt any of the people know anything about quilting. Just visually appealing. Here is the fabric:
The square is 4 1/2 inches.
Thanks.

I don't know of a pattern, but I like your fabric

Could you do a square table topper of just your boot fabric so you have more whole boots together? Then put a pretty border. I made one with my focus fabric on the back, too. I did the back like a big 9 patch, with the focus fabric and border fabric. It turned out cute and my friend liked it a lot.

How about the French Braid pattern starting with a large square of the cowboy boots in the center?

I like the idea of the "whole cloth" method that bj suggested. Maybe you could put several (different width) borders around it or even pieced borders.

The 10 minute table runner would showcase your fabric without cutting into it.

I would try not to cut it anymore than I had too. I love the fabric and colors.

Very nice fabric and I think if you could fussy cut the boots out then make a possible frame around it with complimentary fabrics? Or you could just leave the fabric as a whole cloth and add borders? Good Luck

Just thought of something---how about a churn dash pattern with the boot fabric in the center and RWB fabrics around it.
