Help: Walking Foot Problem
I just got my walking foot out of my sewing cabinet drawer. Somehow it got rusty. What can I use not now to quilt the quilt that I was going to do.

Can you get the rust off by soaking it in CLR and rubbing it down with a SOS pad?

WD it, then wipe it off and sew on a scrap to see if it helped?

Watch a Leah Day tutorial. She does everything "free motion". Since watching her Craftsy class , I haven't used the walking foot. Much faster her way. And you can practice your FMQ "tempo" also.
