I am looking for some particular Moda Marbles fabric. Only I have a problem. My sister will be doing the ordering because I do not have a credit card. She is not sure she trusts places she has not heard of. Have you ever ordered Moda online? And were you happy with your order?

    I am specifically looking for
    Currant 9881 81
    Dark Saddle 9881 78
    Wheat 9881 31
    Marble Swirls- Hunter 9908 33

    Thanks,
    Signed "Desparate"

I buy mine from Craft Connection, by the bolt. Colors are in numeric order and they have most, if not all, of them. http://www.craftconn.com/Main.asp?Ta...ryDiscountId=1 It is a great place to buy from with wonderful customer service.

Anne, please note that Craft Connection is out of the Currant color, but it is on order. They do not carry the Swirls line, but Fabric Depot does (it's on sale) and I have purchased from them with excellent results, too. http://www.fabricdepot.com/index.php...Page&pageid=61

Thanks so much for the information. I am checking into these sites. I have an idea that I want to make a bed sized quilt in greens and browns and tans. That does not sound too exciting until you see it. Anyway, I fell in love with the colors I used in my test block but do not have enough to do the job. Don't you know, all the shops in my area either do not have Moda, or they have some and not the ones I want.

I really appreciate your help in finding places for me to get what I need.

Craft Connection frequently puts Moda Marbles on sale at 15% off if you can wait. They have a different sale every week and list them three or four weeks in advance on their home page.

Here are some marbles. I haven't ordered from this site yet, but they have quite a few colors.

As far as credit card goes, some places will take PayPal, which you can set up to pull from your checking account. I use PayPal all the time. There is no charge to use it. You could also ask if they'd take a check by phone. They will likely hold your order till it clears, but it's an option.

I've bought Moda Marbles from www.hancocks-paducah.com and MANY other fabrics from them as well (they have great fabric on the sale page all the time :D ). I've never had any problems ordering from them.
