I just checked online and the March/April 2010 issue is no longer available. There was a quilt shop in TX that had a kit, but no longer.
I wrote to McCalls to see if it would reprint the Cubism pattern.

i do not have a ruler with me to measure the angle- but it is the same as it is when you buy the tumbling blocks diamond templates from paperpieces.- just larger-
as for the prep work- i draw on my seam lines because i hand piece and it gives me perfect match points and a line to follow.
