I plan on going and have gone for the last few years.

It is smaller than the Lancaster and Oaks shows, which I like. I can spend more time really looking at the quilts. In addition to the competition quilts, they usually have some kind of exhibit. I believe last year's was all red and white quilts from one collector.

They have a very nice vendors mall.

I enjoy it. It is about an hour and a half away for me. There is also a nice quilt shop in Hershey, but I can't remember the name. I would google "Hershey quilt shop". I think it is the only one in Hershey.

I am heading to the show on Friday.. It's a three hour drive.. I can't wait.. Will be staying in the area until Sunday. There are tons of things to do in the area. Besides the quilt shops in Lancaster, there are the antique malls in Adamstown. I've been to the quilt show in Lancaster, and it was a lot of fun.. I expect the same at Hershey. I also want to go to the Hershey plant..

I checked it out on line yesterday, looks like a lot of the classes are full. Is it enough to meet vendors and see quilts? I would be going my self. I only know one close by lady that quilts.

Think I'm a lot bummed out.. I planned on going on Fri with a friend, and she had to back out due to her mom's illness.. I have been going to quilt shows with her, and she is totally bummed out, too.. I plan on still going by myself, or one of the college kids.. Will be staying overnight, and doing the antique stores in Adamstown.. If there is anyone that is going, and want to hang out on Fri, please let me know..
