    I agree with GailG I think this is a 10 minute block design. If memory serves me correctly MQC have a tutorial on it.

    Wow! You are all amazing. Thank you all very much for your interest and sharing your knowledge on this. Now there are so many ways to achieve this pattern that I had not considered. In hindsight I should have asked a group member at the time how it was made. I will trial it, soon, and if successful I will let you know.
