Try Inklingo at inklingo.com. Wonderful idea and sewing hexagons is made very easy. Unique idea designed for both hand and machine piecing. Love this new idea of printing on the fabric with your computer!

I used to use paper but I learned to cut the hexes true to shape then piece them joining as I go. No stitches show at all. With templates you use fabric squares which saves time but then you have to stitch them together which adds more time. I would rather save time.

I use paper. I print the hexagons on scrap paper, then cut them myself. They can be used at least 4 or 5 times before I need to discard them. I am working on my 3rd hexagon quilt. 2 GFG and this one will be diamonds. There are sites that paper or plastic templates can be purchased, that would be a time saver, but I'm cheap! And I really don't mind cutting the papers out. I print perhaps 8 or 10 sheets at a time, and spend maybe one evening cutting them. Won't have to make more for quite a while! Also brings out the "little girl" in me. Like cutting paper dolls. I'm sure you will find what works for you, and I do hope you enjoy the process as much as I do.
