Sorry, put this in the wrong section. Don't know how to delete it.
Hi from The Woodlands! Have sewn for years mostly primitive snowmen. Last year started doing small quilting projects namely tablerunners using charm squares. Found this site while trying to figure out how to make my seams match better. Then found a great post on half square triangles so had to try that and that was fun. Thank you to all who have posted tips etc. It has been a tremendous help. Now off to find out where to buy bobbins for my Kenmore 19233. If any of you are familiar with The Needle Nest, they are closing so there went my Janome bobbins.
Have a great week!

Welcome and Hi! I lived in Alvin/College Station/SugarLand for a little more than 40 years! Now I am in NC.....oh to be back in Texas...most of my heart is still there!
You might check the Quilters Emporium in Stafford. I know they stock lots of Janome machines and products. They might be able to order them for you if they don't have them. I know it's not exactly close, but it would make a good excuse to check out their quilt store...It was my favorite!

Luckily I am much further from the coast here in NC than I was when I was in Texas.....I was there for the tropical storm of 79, Alicia, Rita and Ike..... So hopefully I wont' have to deal with another hurricane for a long time!

Yes, Needle Nest is having a 50% off sale. They are only open on Wednesdays and Saturday. But for groups of 6 or more, they will open up. Unfortunately, their owner Joyce passed away recently. I'm pretty sure there isn't a website to order from.

That's a shame no one else could take it over. I had tried to call on Friday so that explains why no one picked up the phone. I will call them on Weds. and see if they have any bobbins left, if not will try and find an online source.
Thank you for the information.
