    I'm another advocate of the Tiger Tape. Also......practice, practice, practice. Remember, you are not aiming for small stitches.......go for consistency first and the rest will follow.

    As someone said...only perfect practice makes perfect. It takes about 2 months to relearn something you want to change. So I think practicing with any of the methods suggested will translate into your ability to stitch the way you want to. But, it does take time to change things. I found that I developed a rhythm. I've never measured what that distance was, but it is natural to me.
