I ordered rotary blades from them. I'm on my 3rd. one, each has a nick skips about 1/4 inch each & every time. They were prompt, custom's weren't. After ordering I did read on another site their blades weren't good.

Very very pleasurable experience. I ended up calling my order in due to a product I was purchasing. Friendly and thoughtful. When I received my order and item was wrong and I called and offered to send it back, but they didn't hesitate in saying no and they would send the correct item right out.

These guys were great and included a free item with my order. Even with shipping to Canada I saved about 20%. Next time I order I'll take a chance with regular instead of priority shipping and save even more. They had a special on Schmetz topstitch needles: buy 3 cards, get 5. No complaints at all and I will definitely order from them again.
