    Default Hobbs Thermore poly batting?

Can Thermore batting be spray basted?? I don't think I've tried it yet. Usually use 80/20 and spray baste or get the fusible. Anyone tried Thermore with spray basting???? June Tailor site says you'd have to use a lot of the spray to baste poly batting well.

I can see where one might have to use more spray to baste poly batting, but Thermore poly is much denser -- not thicker, just more densely made - than regular fluffy polyester batting. I've never tried it but can't imagine why it would be all that much more trouble.
Are you making a quilt with Thermore? I know it's widely used in wall hangings and the quilted clothing, but for the thinnest bed batting, I'd recommend Quilters Dream Request loft batting.

505 seems to work well on polyester batting. Other brands seem to have more varied results with polyester batting.

I have used Thermore for most vest but didn't use any spray basting. It is a Jan said a denser polyester batting great for the use in clothing.
