The book is by Bethany S. Reynolds , Magic Stack - n - Whack Quilts is the name. She has lots of options , being a beginner (sounds like) try not to choose one that is too difficult. I have been sewing all of my life, I never remember not sewing. Have sewn everything from home dec. to bridal gowns, and everything between. I sew everyday on something. Do you think I love to sew? I would send pictures if I knew how. I am real stupid when it comes to computers, understand very little.

I like the fabric. I know my granddaughter would LOVE it! What about a stack and wack? Or figure out how much you would like to sell it for.
    Good Luck,

I too like the fabric - it looks like something of the "Ed Hardy" brand. Purse lining or boxers?? Doo rag is a cute idea too.

Hey! Maybe head out to the South Dakota to the motorcycle ralley next July and have a little booth! Just kidding!

Someone will for sure trade you for that.

I would never pick out fabric for my daughter a quilt. I've learned that if she asks me my opinion she will do the opposite of what I like. She says its not intentional,but...and personally I don't like this fabric...mostly because of those skulls. But it is a great contras with the black and reds.

That is kind of a luv me forever type of fabric isn't it? I have a friend who makes welder's hats too and she would probably love to get her hands of it. I think I'd try an OBW or Kelidescope quilt simply because you can cut up some stuff and it comes out looking different. Or you could cut it up in 2 1/2 inch blocks and scatter them through a quilt that way where they are less noticable.
