In my opinion it doesn't matter if it is a "good" price. When I buy collectibles, furniture, etc., I pay a price I am happy with. It might be more or less than the supposed "value", but I buy for me, not to resell later.
If you love the quilt and are happy paying $15 for it, it is a good deal.

So beautiful, and think of all the work and love that went into making it. That makes it priceless, really! What are you going to do with it? It would be a wonderful wall hanging if you could keep it away from kitties and small children (this is why GG-mom's quilt is still folded and put away at my house!).
