I agree that the kitchen & bathroom has to be clean. The dusting & sweeping can wait until I get to it. Usually once a week or so. The laundry is done when I have a load & is easy to do & still sew.

I can it calling my name but have developed selective hearing. When I start quilting I don't answer the phone-that's why God created answering machines-as long as there is a path to the refrigerator and clean clothes in the dryer that is more than adequate.

Love this quote. My sister once gave me (with a loving laugh) a sign that says "Martha Stewart doesn't live here". Need I say more....

Same here............If you were to come to my house more than once you would notice that everything is in the same place.
To move it would reveal the dust. If I'm going to get rid of dust, I want it to be worth the job! ;-) ;-) ;-)

Inquiring mind would like to know.
I've never had that problem. I detest housework. I'll do it, but it doesn't stop me from quilting if its not done.

the only requirement in this house is that the kitchen must be cleaned. I hate worst then anything else is a bunch of dirty dishes or food left out. I do NOT like ants, roaches or mice in my house and will not tolerate them in any shape or form, critters belong outside if you act like one you can pitch a tent in the yard and live outside with them.

    Other then that, I'm good!
