How About Sharing Some Inspiration
#1
I was thinking if we had any online photo pages (like snapfish, webshots, yahoo pictures etc) we could share those links. I love to look at other quilter's work! It inspires and encourages me!
Here is my Webshots page... I have folders for quilt projects by years, there is a folder for the quilt my hubby made, and I think there is a folder there of old quilts we have from grandmothers and great-grandmothers.

Thanks -- I made all the ones in the Quilt Projects 2004, 2005 and 2006 folders. The nice thing is that photographs don't show the points that don't quite match up and things like that! LOL! Barb C

Barb...this is a great idea!! I love to see other's creations too. What better way to get inspired. Comcast has a photo gallery. My sister-in-law has put her quilts into that website. We have just changed to Comcast and when I get everything squared away I'll try to do the same (after the holidays)

I make tote bags also but I prefer ones that are a little smaller than what BarbC showed in her pictures. I sew across the bottom seam at the corners and if I feel they still need some reinforcement I cut a piece of template plastic to fit. I then encase it (envelope fashion) with the same fabric as the lining. You would never know it was there. Can even go thru the wash.
