How is a Bernina 1031 Quilter's Edition...........?

....different from a standard Bernina 1031? I'm assuming it must be the presser feet that came with it when purchased? There is almost nothing about the 1031 online, and even less about the quilters edition. Does anyone have the 1031 or the 1031QE? What is your opinion of it? Thanks.
