    You are going to have to be so careful with stitching because Minky is VERY stretchy. You might think of stitching it with the Minky side up. I tried once using this fabric and it is very difficult to work with. Yes, it is right sides together and leave yourself a large enough opening in order to get the whole quilt thru when turning.
