    Smitty, Do you have problems with rust from using the safety pins? Even if they are new, the metal in most pins today isn't that great.

    Fold the fabric up and then pin it with Brass safety pins on the edges Wash! 8-)

    I use safety pins also, I use the largest basting pins and pin selvage to selvage, about every 4 inches. It comes out completely wrinkle free.

    Stitch the cut edges, no fraying that way.

    I just put in in the washer and dyer no issues...just take out of dyer while it it still warm

    I really like the idea of using the pins...I will have to try that. I have some frying but not a lot.

    Overcast, serve, or pink the raw edges.

    Wash like a sheet.

    If drying in a smallish dryer, unwad/untangle it every so often, or it will end up a wrinkled mess.
