    If you need to reproduce the same design over and over you may want to try this technique:

    Trace your design onto some thin plastic, with an old needle in your sewing machine (no thread), go over the design. Then you have a plastic template that you can use a pounce chalk to place on your fabric.

    Just an idea, I have used this a few times and it works for me.

    Are you referring to machine or hand quilting???

    You are so right about press-n-seal! You have to use short stitches or you will be using tweezers to pull small pieces out, it stretches your stitches and if you use a sharpie to draw your design it can transfer thru the press-n-seal onto your fabric.....

    Some people have used it with great success, but not me and not again......
