Have a 7700 since last November. No problems here. I like it. It's my first Janome and first of this "level" machine in my life and I've been sewing since I was 12. The previous machines I've had were more basic--from Singer to Pfaff.

I have a Janome 6500 and I love it. Bought my DD a Janome a PS3022 but since she has only used it twice in almost 6 years I have taken it as my spare machine. I owned 1 other Janome that was purchased in 1994 and was still working like new when it was lost in a house fire in 2005. My next machine will be the Horizon. I haven't found anything I like better than my Janome's

I love my Janome machines. Just sold my Viking #1. I own the Janome 11000, 6600, 3160, CP1000 they are user friendly and have never had a problem with any of them!

Love my machines. I have a Janome 6500 and a Janome 720. I bought the smaller one to take to classes and liked the idea the feet were interchangeable. Always had Singers until I was told the quality had gone done. I think you get the most for your money with a Janome.

I purchased a Janome 9000 12 years ago an it has only been in the shop twice for cleaning etc. It has many miles of quilting on it, then I purchased a 3500 to take to classes, and my 10001 I have had for 3 yrs. All are work horses and have never given me any trouble. I am a quilter and retired so I sew almost every day.

I purchased the silver first, then the 6500. Love them so much I purchased Jem Platinum 720 for classes. Never had an issue, so I purchased six My Style 100 to teach teenagers how to sew in a free afterschool program. We all love them!
