Default How do you store your rulers?

I need a better idea for how to store my rulers so that they stay flat. I've been keeping them under and next to my cutting mat, but of course they're sometimes in the way, and then I end up putting them on the floor under the table. Please share how you stow yours!

I have a large peg board on the wall. I hang the rulers with a hole on that. The smaller ones usually don't have a hole so they go in a drawer in small cabinet under my sewing machine table. I have one of the slotted ruler holders and use it to keep the few rulers I use the most handy.

I also use a pegboard. I don't have any rulers that are so small they don't have a hole, except my add a quarter ruler. I kept the packaging it came in which is like a vinyl pouch that does have a hole. so that hangs as well, in its pouch.

I do the same with my longarm templates. They all hang from a pegboard in my LA room. The only ones that don't have a pre-drilled hole are my HQ circle templates and I also kept the packaging and hang that from the pegboard. Love my pegboards.

I also use peg board for my regular cutting rulers. I just bought a case for my Bernina ruler foot rulers.

I have the pegboard but not up yet. Right now they are doing well in a metal mail sorter that's upright. The back is taller and holds my June TAilor Shape cut and my 12" square. They don't take up a lot of space and sit on top of a bureau. I also have my magazines and couple books in another sorter. I downsized on the magazines and catalogues.

My long rulers are hanging just under the cutting table for easy reach, my "go to" rulers are on a slotted stand made for rulers and those I don't use much at all or specialty rulers are hanging on my pegboard behind me and my cutting table. Really large rulers are under the cutting table at one end.

Lyncat's DH made her a really neat ruler corral - http://www.quiltingboard.com/mission...l-t285884.html

The ones I seldom used are stored in a drawer, while the ones that get most use are *supposed* to be stored in one of those wooden things with slots sitting on my cutting table. In reality, they get left all over the place. I'm trying to think of other options, and that ruler corral is really neat.

my larger ones are in a wooden holder that has slats cut in it. they stand upright. then have a smaller one hanging on the wall plus a peg board one near my sewing machine to hang others. also my cutting table has a small drawer.
