You and me both. I thought I was the only who had never ever been in a Hobby Lobby.
I did happen to pass one on the interstate a few weeks ago (hours away) but didn't have time to stop.

Thanks so much! I will check it out in a few days, when the crowds die down. You are all so right about the feel! In this economy, we all need a bargain!

My daughter purchases most of her fabric at Hobby Lobby and loves the fact they display it with coordinating fabrics together and she loves their prices.

I always print off the 40% off coupon before I go.

I've been very happy with the fabric I've found at Hobby Lobby. The one near me runs out and doesn't always reorder so I've learned to get it when I see it if I think I'm going to wish later that I had gotten some. I have especially liked their selection of seasonal fabrics over the past several years. Another thing I've liked is that it's different designs than what I find at the other shops near me. Whoever is their corporate fabric buyer has a good eye.

IMHO the Hobby Lobby by me its better than walmart fabrics here, and can be 'even' with Joannes, but sometimes you can find 'better' quality ones if you have the time to pet the fabrics.. they do have sales most of the time plus you can go online and find coupons..

The store overall is a really nice store.. I love the photo frame collection. and a really nice craft section too..
