    ckcowl - great idea about the schools, I have lots of remnants that wouldn't necessarily work for quilting but I bet the kids would love them for crafts. Thanks!

    What a coincidence - I was on my hands and knees pinning a queen quilt together last night! It took about an hour, my shins were killing me afterwards, and I discovered I need about 2 more packs of safety pins - when I ran out I picked up the straight pins, so that's the side I'll quilt first, to get those buggers out! This is the largest quilt to date that I've done, and don't look forward to the next one...except to say it will be done somewhere other than my dining room! Mucho space needed, needless to say to you guys!
