you described our circle much better than i ever could! i'm one of those people always relucant to join a group but here we can lurk unseen/unheard or join in when we can. its a great place to come to.

I think we have isolated ourselves in our sewing rooms/areas behind our machines for so long and now the loving atmosphere of this group has finally pulled us out! Yes, I'm addicted, and loving every minute of it!! At least it's heart healthy in every aspect!! (Well, maybe not every way...not too helpful in the exercise department!)
