Can anyone tell me how to go about making a T Shirt Quilt. Do I need a backing (facing) of some sort on the back or can I just cut the blocks and sew them together?

Use a lightweight iron on interfacing on the tshirt parts. Do a search above- there is lots of info on here about tshirt quilts!
