Lets See, I have 2 Singers, 1 of these is a Vintage, 1 Vintage White, 2 Brothers-1 is a sewing and Embroidery machine. Oh almost forgot I have my moms vintage Brother too. So that makes 6 of them. I use my Singer for when I go to my quilting class, I use both of my Brothers at home. The other ones just sit there. I am going to sell the Vintage ones except for my moms. Trying to get a Featherweight, so I need to sell some others.

At one point I had over 30 machines. Some I bought just to work on, to hone my skills so to speak. Right now I have a bernina 440, a pfaff 7570, and 2 featherweights that I use regularly.

There are about 40 in my collection, and still growing. one functioning treadle from the late 1800's, three more in cleaning and rebelting stages. About 15 vintage machines in cabinets - 1 needs to be rewired, another needs a shuttle, About 15 portables, many of which are also vintage, or vintage clones. Two embroidery machines, a serger, and a long arm.

There are 6 which I personally use on a regular basis. The rest are used for 4-H students. They use the cabinet machines at the house, I take the portables to outlying ares for classes. Occasionally, I loan them out. Because I use them for 4-H, many of the machines are donated. I watch for the inexpensive, clean and repair them myself. The cost will come when I'm forced to build a new studio to house them all. (grin)

I have 3, no 4: my old Singer that Mom got me when my son was born (I don't use it regularly now but did for many years, but my son does-both are now 21!), A My Home serger (bought at a yard sale)-use regularly, a Viking Sapphire 830-use regulary and a BabyLock Quilters Quest-use regularly. I am on the hunt for a Featherweight, and I want a long-arm. To put this in perspective, we have 3 socket sets, 10-20 screw drivers, 4 hammers and 3 drills. Just sayin'!

I have three Janomes and use all of them most of the time. Its nice to have a back-up in case one has to go in the shop. and I too can not see the fascination of FW machines. but to each his own. thats what makes the world go round different strokes for different folks.

I have 2, one A Viking here at home and then a Singer that I leave at my quilting class. Sharon has a big beautiful basement that is her sewing room and she let's me and others leave a machine there. It helps a lot as I do not like taking my Viking back and forth all the time. I'm lazy!

Just two ... my old Kenmore, which was a wedding gift in 1966 and my Janome 6600, which I love!

I have three I don't use, and five others plus a felting machine.
This includes a serger also, and my tin lizzie. I do use all of them except the three. I do a lot of embroidery and sometimes have two going at once.
