I have two ready to be sandwiched and quilted , one that needs the border on and then finish, and I am headed to a quilt show on Sat. with the idea for a couple more quilts on my list that I will purchase fabric for.

I have 4 quilts in progress - 2 are applique, the other 2 are pieced. I also have an applique pillow in the works and will be starting a couple other projects. All will be finished as they will end up being gifts. Fun!

2 basted and ready for cold weather to start hand quilting, my casket quilt that still needs to be basted and a crazy quilt that is a forever WIP.

I really try to totally finish one before starting another, but that isn't always what happens. Usually I'm almost done piecing one and then start thinking about the next one, then it's a struggle to finish up the first one before plunging into the next one. Having a deadline to finish is sometimes good. I do have fabric and pattern bought for many projects: purses, Christmas tree skirt, OBW's, but haven't actually cut the fabric yet. So they aren't considered a UFO - are they?

OK I won't even count the ones where I have the fabric set aside and a design in mind. I currently have 3 quilts going right now that all have hand work. One is being handquilted that I can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel as I will be starting on the borders this week if all goes as planned. The other is a hand applique project and the 3rd is my sawtooth cats quilt that I am doing the hand embroidery on right now before sewing the blocks together.
Then I have 2 scrap quilts in the works. One is a log cabin that is pretty much a UFO right now as I haven't done any sewing on it in a couple of years but am always adding scrap logs to the stash. I ran out of logs when I started piecing it so want to build up the inventory. Then I have a buttload (yes that is a technical term! ) of left over triangles from another quilt I completed last year that I am sewing into HST. They are pretty much leaders and enders for me but sometimes I just sew a huge string of them. I have a UFO languishing in my stash dresser where I have completed all the blocks but need to do filler blocks for it because I am making it up as I go along and there are lots of different size blocks. I think that one is languishing because I haven't taken the time to measure what I need for fillers. I have a batik quilt I am making from the batik block swap that I need additional blocks that I work on occasionally. I have one more quilt that just needs binding and finally I have a client quilt on the LA rack with 3 more tops waiting to be put on. Hmmm, do ya think I may be a little ADHD??
